Your Partner in Reclaiming Control

Hi, I'm Ashley looking to be your partner in reclaiming control in your life!

The traditional healthcare journey often overlooks the most important factor: the person. I founded The Whole-Person Perspective because I know that feeling intimately.

Diagnosed with a genetic disease as an infant, I grew up in the hospital setting. For as long as I can remember, the clinical world has been part of my life—but for a long time, I was just a "chart." My family and I had to learn, through trial and error, how to advocate for my humanity in a system that often prioritizes data over the individual.

While my B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics provided me with a strong educational foundation, it was this "human gap" in chronic care that inspired my mission. I’ve learned that wellness isn't just about managing a diagnosis; it’s about reclaiming your autonomy.

Today, I live a life defined by balance, not a medical record. Whether I’m hitting the gym, practicing evening stretching to reset my nervous system, or spending screen-free time with my husband and our fur babies, I am constantly reminded that our bodies are meant to be lived in, not just "managed." My happy place is at home, fostering kittens and honoring the quiet joy of a life well-lived.

By integrating evidence-based nutrition with "Lead the Room" advocacy tools and the restorative peace of Reiki, I help you bridge the gap between clinical data and your lived experience. I’m here to help you shed the "patient" label, find your voice, and return to the center of your own life.
